Privacy policy

The minimum needed to provide your order: your account email and name, your customization choices, the reference images you upload (with consent), a shipping address at checkout, and payment metadata from our payment provider. We do not sell your data. We do not publish any customer content.

Realme is strictly for adults 18 and over. We record an age declaration and a usage-rights consent for every customization session before any preview or production work. We refuse and freeze orders that depict minors, non-consensual content or legally restricted material.

Uploaded reference images are stored as private assets. They are never shown publicly, never appear in any catalogue or gallery, and are only accessible to the engineering and production staff assigned to your order, through authenticated routes with an audit trail.

Every age and rights consent is stored server-side with a timestamp, linked to your session. Consents are required before preview generation; production only begins after a confirmed payment and your approval of the production design.

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We revoke access to your assets and clear stored image bytes; account records are anonymized. Keep an eye on the status of your request in the data-request console.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent for optional marketing, and object to processing. Contact us through the data-request page and we will act on your request.

Every shipment leaves our production partner in unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Carrier labels show only the delivery address we were given.
