A standard head sculpt at $149.00 with a moderate-complexity reference adds a 15% customisation fee of $22.35. With $15.00 of shipping to the US and 7% tax on the taxed subtotal, the total is $199.39. Every one of those numbers is computed by Realme from the live pricing rule and your destination — the same arithmetic runs whether you order through the site or through an agent.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a subscription or a listing fee?
No. There is no subscription, no listing fee and no minimum order quantity. You pay for the piece you order, and nothing else.
How is the customisation fee decided?
From your reference image itself. We measure it, derive a complexity tier, and that tier sets the fee: 0% for a simple reference, up to 50% for a complex one. It is never something you type in.
How is tax calculated?
From your destination tax region. The same rate model that applies to digital goods is used for the piece, the shipping and the taxed subtotal, and it is shown before you pay.
Can I order a custom piece through an agent?
Yes. The Agent Hub exposes the same catalogue, the same quote engine and the same order lifecycle over MCP or REST, with a scoped key per agent.
What if the piece arrives wrong?
We remake or refund it. Manufacturing defects are our responsibility, and the order stays open until it is resolved.
Do I need to keep my reference image?
No. Your reference is stored privately so we can produce the piece and so you can order again from it. You can export or delete it at any time from your account.
