How your piece is made
Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Each piece is sculpted, cast and finished for one order.
Your images are checked for angle coverage and usable detail before anything is cast.
The form is sculpted from your reference set, then reviewed by an engineer before molding.
A production mold is made from the approved sculpt and the piece is cast in skin-grade silicone.
Edges are dressed, the surface is refined and the finish you selected is applied.
The finished piece is inspected against the approved design, then packed discreetly.
